The card needs a passive in-game that you forgot to put in the notes; "If Odin Vanguard changes his forum profile, the game will update." Upgraded the passive will change to : "If Odin Vanguard changes his forum profile, the game will update now."

Without that passive the card will eventually be outdated and will no longer work as intended when played.
