The point of just "hiding" a card is pointless because anyone with a grasp of the game will know what it is based on it's ability, effect, or damage. The whole point of cloak is not to hide permanents, but to have mass field protection. This is a silly card that really has no point. And it's expensive too.
I agree, it's pointless. And it's also rather pointless to have a card that is made for anti-AI. And considering what face down cards entail, it kind of hinders your own strategy since they can't attack or use abilities while they are still susceptible to to control.
On the smaller scale, it is still too expensive. Why have a face-down card that MIGHT not be targeted by AI temporarily when you can go 4
for Immortality. Or 2
for indefinite Permanent protection.
Name wise, neither fit the effect or element. Eternalation is too far off from being a real word that it's almost funny and the upgraded can be simplified to Perpetuation. And both names have a
feel rather than
.
