Opposing elements are at it again, this time i give you..... TWILIGHT!    :light :darkness

It's a permanent, costing  :darkness :darkness :darkness :darkness :darkness

Each time a creature dies, summon a Shadow on the controller's side of the field ((I'll be submitting the creature after this. It's a 1/1 for  :darkness that has a 50% chance to ignore shield effects))

It's ability Dawn let's you pay  :light :light :light to destroy all shadows.

It's upgrade, Dusk, summons an Elite Shadow

some clarification is in order. The death of a shadow would not summon another shadow, nor would the death of a skeleton. Also, the death of a shadow would not create a skeleton from Boneyard.

Twilight is to close to graveyard and the  :darkness 50% ignore shield is kinda pointless. 1 damage isn't worth 1  :darkness.

What got the ability "solar flare"? there are a general opinion against cards that can destroy any creature.

There already is a card named "Eclipse"

you don't pay the  :darkness, that's just what the creature costs

I know it's close to boneyard, but there are alot of cards that are similar to other cards

and solar flare was my way of working in light

If you think it should do something else, I'm open to suggestions for different abilities that fight. My original idea was that each player got a shadow in place of their creature's that die, and solar flare was called 'Dawn' and all shadows were destroyed.

as for eclipse, maybe call it Dusk?

So when a creature dies the permanent takes 1  :darkness from you pool and creates a 1/1 shadow. If the ability doesn't cost anything I'm not against it. It would be good if there where a larger difference from boneyard.

and no, you don't pay for shadows spawned this way, i was just describing the shadow creature.
