I dont think there is a picture at 'http://'.
Zwibix, it is fine to create the card without art, for now.

Updates made again! I increased the attack value reduction, as thanks to Odin, I realized that essentially if played twice, it would cancel the effect of the first Disrupt | Distract. And pictures added as well, I'm not good at making card art and I think these real-life fotos look the best for the card.

What if the enemy has one of these on the field?
Their base state has negative attack, therefore returning to it's base state contradicts the last part of your card.

I think that the last part of the card overwrites the first part of the card and thus sets its value to zero. Good question, thank you!
