I doubt this will solve the quantum issues the game has. In order to use i you must play  allready. Seems verry situational.
The only synnergy I can think of is Mindgate.

Sounds like this needs to boost 2 (maybe 3) quanta per echo.  Possibly being able to use it multiple times per turn, but this might be powerful in RoL/Hope.

Perhaps 2, compared to Rustler not having the option of quanta, but there is also the fact that it doesn't need to target a pillar either.
