Why does this fit under :water? Not really sure on how balanced mass lobotomy plus minus one attack is. Can attack go into negative?

This card would be really effective against RoL/Hope, but I'm not sure how well it would do against other decks.

It would also do well against other swarms, such as fractal minor phoenix.

waaaaaaaay to op imo, this is worse than mass lobotomy because you're removing all skills, so passive skills would be gone....it's just ridiculous. Also how would this effect scarabs? would they stop gaining hp when more scarabs are added or will they go back to 1 hp ( their base hp if they had no skill is 0)? also what would happen to untouchable creatures? would their effects go too?

The lobotomizer says any skill, even though it can only remove active skills. Same for this card.
Scarabs would still have all the HP, but would lose devour.
Immaterial creatures are not affected.

well mass lobotomy for just 6 water quanta is still a bit op i think. this one card could effectively shut down half of all decks used.

For some reason, I keep thinking Dewott.

Anyways, at least from what I've seen in other games, samurai often compared to  :water  due to fluidity in movements.  And Samurai are prime examples of Discipline.

In spite of that, how does Discipline tie in with the effects?  I understand soothing wrath, hence lowered attack, but adding health and mass lobotomizing seems too much.

After I can get back to the computer where I stored the edited image, I'll change it to: All creatures gain -1|+2. Removes invisibility.
Mass lobotomy is too situational to balance easily.
