I love it how this card fits the theme. You pour in water, it sparkles.

One thing bothers me though in the unupped version.. you basically have to use tons of  :water to get the same amount (or actually less) of  :light . Why not just take Light Pillars in the first place? This is the reason why Rustler produces 2 :light for  1 :life .

Maybe It could work as 2  :water -> 4  :light (with upgraded version having a lowered cost)

I have no scenario in mind with the current cards, but for a trio deck with limited need for light, upkeep need for ... say, gravity and heavy need of water, all they would need is lots of sapphire pillars, gravity mark and this.

with the upped version, get rustlers, this fountain and an orange squeezer ( pay  :life get  :water :water ) and woot. Infinite quanta.
