Okay, the Immaterial on the upgraded really is doing too much.  And I'm sure doubling stats and doubling ability usage is NOT worth 2 .  Compare it to Quintessence.

Both cards do more than one card should.  Also, the unupgraded costs equal to Parallel Universe, which is at least 1 better than it.

Also instead of 2x skill, should I change it to a reduction in skill cost by 2 quanta?

Hmm. I think the card is fine for now.  It essentially having two monsters in one.

You mean it's like Parallel Universe.

Parallel Universe is two different monsters, while this is one monster with the power of two.  It would be good for countering floods, max creature space, and devourers.

The only difference between this and PU is that the creature remains the one creature.  That's not much different.
