ok, well, after a 2 turn delay (summoning sickness for both weapon and shield), this is a spawn system that will spawn 3 creatures every 4 turns for each of these on the field, i am going to take a random, probably wrong guess at 5|3 stats,
Lance/Fragment
Turn 1: 1 weapon, 5 damage
Turn 2: 3 fragments, 0 Damage
Turn 3: 1 weapon, 1 fragment, 5 damage
Turn 4: 4 fragments, 0 damage
Turn 5: 2 weapons, 10 damage
Turn 6: 6 fragments, 0 damage
Turn 7: 3 weapons, 15 damage
Turn 8: 9 fragments, 0 damage
Turn 9: 4 weapons, 1 fragment, 20 damage
Turn 10: 13 fragments, 0 damage
Turn 11: 6 weapons, 1 fragment, 30 damage
I will stop here because i think 13 fragments is close enough to the permanent limit, 85 damage over 11 turns, 7.7 damage a turn, less then FFQ haveFFQ:
Turn 1: 1 ffq, 3 damage
Turn 2: 1 ffq, 1 ff 7 damage
Turn 3: 1 ffq, 2 ff 11 damage
Turn 4: 1 ffq, 3 ff 15 damage

Only problem i have with this is that an earth/fire duo is one of my least favorite and most commonly used duos *Cough* Lava Destroyer *Cough* but i'm sure it'll be fine
