This is like useless? If the quanta returned is random, it wouldn't even cover the cost of this card. Even with an expesive card, it doesn't feel worth it at all.

EDIT: Even if it were free, I don't really see any good uses for this. Maybe if it was a permanent affecting all your cards? Even then, the random return feels not really worth it. It would only be really useful in a rainbow, and you tend to either have cheap cards or lots of quanta in those.

I would like to see the effect doubled.

Otherwise drop the cost to two and make the nymph's cost one. Even then it is still very UP.
