Actually I think it is a good idea. The cost is high yet its basically a larger version of the phase dragon, minus the transformation skill.  But your better off going for the phase dragon itself imo if your going for high damaging immaterial creatures.

well, by the time such high hp creatures (like dragons) are dead by like, fire shield (could go a bit slower or faster with thorn, depending on luck), they probably have done enough damage to win...

But Phase Dragon is 13 . Mortal Demigod is 15 but yet even stronger isn't it. the difference is just 2 .

Also, I'm starting to create creatures that are even stronger than dragons. I'll be naming them the Olympian series (excludng this one.) The players can only summon them one at a time.

Just a stronger Phase Dragon? Let's all make stronger Horned Frogs and stronger Wyrms for a higher cost. 

I'm sorry but in my eyes this is lackluster. There are really 2 main significant differences, higher stats and it not being airborne, and I'm not even sure about that. I just can't see it being used much strategically.

Maybe it's just my personal taste, but I'd suggest that you give it some synergistic skill that can work with elements that don't already work best with Aether and continue getting suggestions.

Your will is good, just I don't know if this offers much to the current game, and aside, I don't know if a stronger Phase Dragon would move through the Crucible rankings easily either.

Are you sure only immortal-like stuff can be immaterial?

its just that when i think of god with mortal it doesnt make sense to me for sum reason

I personally wouldn't vote for it. As for where to put the information of it being airborne, just put it in the notes. People forget to read notes, I've noted ( ) but it's still worth it to know that you've put all the information people may need to know in the notes and that others just skip it.
