2 extra damage for 2 extra quanta? Nah.
The normal version affects creatures of both players but the upped version only delay opponent's creature
Oh. Did not see that then. I'd also like more clarification on this. For example, with the upped version, assume I have a dragon, an antlion, and a weak photon on my field attacking you. Can you tell me what would happen to my creatures during the next 5 turns?
First round : Dragon delayed
Second round : Antlion delayed
Third round : Photon delayed, Dragon resumes normal status
Forth round : Dragon delayed again, Antlion resumes normal status
Doesn't that seem a bit OP then? If 4 rounds had passed normally, I'd have inflicted say, 52 damage. But because of your weapon, I now do 26 damage. You didn't even need to use a shield and you've already removed half of my damage output. Worse, just using the unupped version in a creatureless (perhaps poison, or just weak attack scorpions) deck, you have a weapon that can stop creatures almost as powerfully as a squid without any extra quanta spending, and costing nearly the same as a squid as well as doing more damage.
