The "silencing" duration as I said will be rewritten to 1 turn and will not apply to pillars/pends/marks/weapons/shields.

The card is already limited being not able to target weapons and shields.It's a different kind of PC,for water, than what already exists, making thematically sense with water and generally speaking being less powerfull than deflag and steal and used in different situations. Hence the pseudosilence for perms which makes sence thematically hopefully.
