The ability is a passive / innate ability like voodoo. It can't be lobotomized and won't go away if overwritten by another ability. E.g. if you put liquid shadow on it, it will still get +1|+0 when the poison from it kicks in ;)

Also, the +1|+0 counts all damage that would be inflicted, including over kill… For example, casting rage potion on a Docile Spite Fiend would cause it to immediately attack for 10 points of damage.

If anyone has any art ideas, I'm still looking for something that fits a little better.

Is the +5 attack that rage potion normally gives not applied?

If the Spite Fiend is delayed or frozen when it is killed, does it still attack?

*Palm to forehead* Forgot about the +5 that rage pot gives to start with, so the notes should say 10 (changed OP now).

As for freeze / delay... I'm not sure on that. I could go either way. Perhaps a poll is in order.

Seriously, I like the crystal spider image, it has some great dark atmosphere. :)

IMO this card is excellent, however I don't think that overkills are implemented in the game this way, but who may know... I'm just a barbarian.
Just don't let either delay or freeze stop its attacking. Either make it both or none, but not just one.

This seems worse than Voodoo and much harder to appropriately set up.  Yes, you can have it more... controlled, I guess?  And it can attack.  But it's not really that important.  It would take a lot more for this to surpass Voodoo + Rage.

Also, the naming for this card is a bit excessive.  Although that pertains to my own card-naming sense.
