Second glance here are my concerns. A your attack would eventually become zero and go nowhere, as it's not doing any damage so it cannot get plus 1 or minus 1. Maybe consider putting a timer on here, or have it use the dissipation ability, for every 3 damage absorb 1  :entropy. But keep it's other ability. That way you can't just live off of this and stall out forever. Also does this affect spell damage? I was thinking to myself duh, of course not. Then I thought again. The card as is, does not specify physical damage.

This is a game breaker.
Anything that doesn't bypass shields gets antimattered, but heals you 1 less every turn.
that is stronger than dim shield, and it doesn't have limited turns.
The only downside to dim shield is that if the opponent has antimatter, they will still deal damage- but the amount decreases every turn.
be quick- time is quanta.

I don't know, I think the anti-matter shield fits the theme here. As well as the damage modifier. As it's  :darkness :entropy I think giving it a turn limit of some sort would balance it out.

To balance, I would actually suggest always having attack powers lose 1 atk (instead of negative attack values gaining 1) and continue to go negative, since negative attack values are the only ones that can hurt you. Over time, the shield would actually turn against you as creatures' attack values become negative, making it a double-edged sword if not watched and taken care of. I like your idea, but I don't think it's balanced the way it is, forcing attack values towards 0.
