Azarel made a card that just had a bunch of random abilities so I decided I could do it too, except I figured I could do it well because I'm the best at designing cards. I know this idea sucks, make some art for it and vote on it anyway just so I can say "See OldTrees? Nobody cares what you think of creatures with a bunch of abilities." and rub it in. Also, I am the greatest.

Run two Condors for the same price, save on Air quanta.  Pointless, except in terms of card slots.

I think it should cost 5 :death|4 :death (+/- :death).[you know the location for my reasons]

I personally do not think this specific 2 Active ability creature is a good idea due to competition with Vulture.

The main point of this card is to suggest to Zanz that it would be nice if creatures could have multiple active abilities in game. Remember when they could only have 1 passive? A lot has changed since then.

Since this is the goal then this fact does not impede the progress of the card and thus is warranted. (Unlike the other card that was not intentionally trying to break tradition)

I personally would prefer, as I did with passive abilities, if Zanz would give the all clear and let us have multiple automatic active abilities on cards in game. (only 1 activated active ability though please.)

I disagree with your chart in this case. If we're to push for multiple actives we need to recognize which is the dominant active and price the card accordingly. Scavenger +3 (on element), Dive +3 (on element buff in Scavenger), +1 for having multiple abilities.

In terms of cards played, in terms of deck space, in terms of speed too since this come out later, in terms of a lot of things.
This is basically a OP version of vulture.
They fill totally different roles due to cost. One comes down midgame and quickly grows, the other comes in later once you've got everything under control and uses its ability to dive to finish whats left of the game. I actually theorize that vulture is better since you can get more mileage without going into a second element and can thus splash any other element you wanted more easily. Its pretty common to see retrovirus, fractal, and vultures in the same deck (though I think dragon is actually better but thats another discussion entirely).

I dislike scavenger + dive. Seems like a recipe for OP-ness.

Doesn't look that OP to me, just powerful if played right. Possibly even UP right now due to its high cost and high vulnerability.

It's cost isn't that high if you think about it. This would likely go in a deck that is based around death effects, and thus will likely have soul catchers, which means that  :death productions actually gets rather easy, once you get started.
