Growth, Ablaze, and Dive do not need targeting to work, which makes this card rather weak. However, it's still useful in that buffing spells are rendered completely useless. Interesting card, if a bit weak.

Hamper All for just 7? That's cheap. At least, on a 3/3 creature, but still...

Oh, let's say it is alright. I mean, RoF deals 3 damage to everything for 7 , base Fire Bolt costs 3 for 3 damage to one thing, and I'd price placing a status that does this "no target by owner" thing at just 2-3 , so let's say it's alright, once again.
