As a Death card, this can generate limited exponential attack growth.  Schrödinger's Cat run from the mark alone, plus Graveyards (hey, a use for those!) and a couple of these.  Fill the field with your Cat, then poke one Elite Skeleton with this, boom, 42 more attack power distributed across 21 creatures (23 minus the dead Skeleton and the Cat).  Only balancing factor is that it's a spell and limited to 6 uses, though in this case I am not sure that's enough.

maybe I didn't make the description good enough, the card takes the target creature's attack / 2 and adds it to your other creatures, so the elite skeleton you killed would give all the other skeletons and the cat an additional 1 damage, which would be an additional 22 damage in total.

Oh, right.  Well, that's a maximum skeleton army of 8|2 then, for a total of 171 attack power including the newest Skeleton and Cat.

Some remarks:
    You could also sacrifice a Flesh Recluse giving a nice +3 to all your fractaled deathstalkers (or to your skeleton army see above - up to +66 damage per spell). Seem a bit strong.The only mass buff in game is nightfall/eclipse. It gives +1 or +2 attack, doesn't stack, also affects your opponent and can be destroyed. Your spell is a lot better for the same cost.Note that you can easily use Deadly ritual in combination with nightfall/eclipse for more buff ...

Ok I see your points what if it only lasted a number of turns like 2 so you could stack them for one turn unless you played multiple at the same time
