Hmm... Maybe 15% would be better, or just a decrease in quanta cost..

I think the upped is a bit to powerful, leave it at 10% and just have the HP buff or the cost reduced (I don't think it needs both). Cool concept though, and would be interesting to see in denial.

Why darkness? that makes darkness + aether (thieftal!) much more scary, 12 pests and 10 thiefs on screen would mean GG to everything, even sancs can't stop you since thiefs will steal that.

I think it should damage the user for every card it steals from the oppenent, else it is too OP. (it might be OP even then)

Honestly, I think this is way more scary together with :life.
keycard: adrenaline.
4 steals/turn for 2 cards is downright OP.
I suggest making 'thievery' equal to 'venom' in that only the 1st and last attack can steal.

Also, what happens if your permanent slots are full?
be quick- time is quanta.

It should work similar to pest, now, the art needs to be given credit for.
As for the stats, Id switch them with something more powerful and more expensive, say 6/6 cost 7, that way it becomes less fractable even though it's still scary considering it's dark.
Question: Is it a random permanent? *Should be.*
Good idea though, I enjoy it, just needs to be tweaked a bit.
