I'd like to be able to create a side deck, rather than all the mucking about trying to find a new alternative then finding out my old one was better. It'd make experimenting much much easier

Well said.

But it could sort of be nice to have more deck-building freedom. But I guess in a web-browser flash format you can't have everything!

For now, just use the trainer to do all your experimenting then spend the rest of your life making your game-deck as good as your experiment!

Possibly relevant to this discussion is the inclusion of separate decks in-game. I know this has been suggested before, but it is worth emphasis.

Many awesome Anti-FG Rainbows are very slow against t50, Level 5, and Level 3, and simply ineffectual against PvP. Thus, many of us keep Firebolt, Shrieker, or Poison decks in our "All Cards" section. However, we also have multiple farming decks, along with rare weapons, shards, and other cards that we're keeping in our "All Cards" section for later or experimental use.

This makes things disorganized. It would be nice to be able to save multiple decks into your account - say, 2 or 3 decks plus an "All Cards" section. Buying a deck slot can cost a certain amount of Electrum- say, 100-200- and it starts off completely empty, with no cards.

Buying a Mark for this deck slot costs 100 Electrum as per usual, and then you click on cards from your All Cards to fill up the deck. This deck can still only be 30-60 cards large, but it can also have 0 cards in it, in case you inadvertently created a new deck slot.

Already requested many, many times... It's been in the common request thread for quite a while.

Ummm, that's why the common feature request exists.... You could take a break from replying to everything and browse the forum once in a while.

I really would like to see multiple decks featured in Elements. It is like icybraker said (although I'm just envious of how many cards and upgraded cards he has), people often accumulate cards for which they have no immediate usage. It is pretty standard that you need a 45 to 55 card Rainbow Deck for dealing with False Gods. You might want a 30 Card speed poison deck for PvP. Then it hits you, so you try a new idea out in the Trainer and by this point you have so many cards already that it's getting difficult to keep track of what you have/need/have to upgrade etc...

I don't know any solution to this problem, since I have not seen the source code for the game and don't understand its' mechanics / am unfamiliar with flash.

Precisely my point, it would make everyone a bit more satisfied with this game if they could have at least one more experimental deck for real matches.. they could customize decks for different opponents without having to spend 5-10 to even 15 minutes rearranging and testing ideas that 'might' work. This is more convenient that trying to make one universal (good for all opponents) deck. Although making a universal deck is everybody's goal.
