This can kill someone in 2 ways, so no. The price is way too low anyway, a dragon costs more.

LOL yeah, that's not overpowered at all... Immolation + Boneyard + DoJ = combo deck that is literally impossible to prevent and impossible to recover from. You could potentially kill your opponent in one turn. No thanks.

...if you had a reflecter shield, it would be 40 dmg for 10 fire quantums. 5 of these babies can kill a FG.

That's assuming it is affected by reflect, but if it is, then yes. this would be even more ridiculous.

That card would still be overpowered if all it said was either "destroy all creatures" or "discard your hand and draw 7 cards". Doing both at once is just...

Making an overpowered card costly and rare does not balance the card. It will only widen the gap between casual gamers like us and no-lifers who grind 25 hours a day like Bobcamel.
