Which is only a definitive problem in OTK's. Eventually, Light can purge its hand and play this guy.

If you draw 2 of these, you're in a pickle. You'll have to fill your hand, discard one, play all the other cards, and hope you don't draw a third.

Having 2 isn't an issue because you'd only run 1 copy in your deck.. then making a plain light rush. Very good for upped light where light rush exists

No real difference - The restriction is only in the hand, so PU/Mitosis'll work regardless of hand condition

No, because then it wouldn't be the only card in your hand. You're pretty much screwed.

Yes.

You're always sanctified if you have sanctuary out.
It's literally sanctuary's ability without the HP buff.
So, yes.
It's only there because I hate simple upgrades, really.

The thing to note about this card is it means you actually have to be doing a rush, which means no miracles.
And a light rush without miracles... *Shudders*
