Wouldn't it cover the stack if so?The simpliest way would be just make the card create one normal pillar/tower and summon the invisible, corrupted one, then, when the corrupted on is destroyed, destroy one of your pillars at random as well....of course, there is the matter of showing the enemy what card is played.

Since the only way to counter this card is to not play any cards during your turn, it doesn't really matter if your opponent can see it or not.
