I remember someone  use a similar idea, however do not know if it was with the purpose of being targeted.

I like this idea, but I think that the wording should read as follows: "Time Jump: When targeted, this creature returns to the top of your deck." I like the mechanism, but I think it's a very strong ability for the cost. I would lower the attack by 1 (both unupped and upped) because of the great ability.

Does this 'targeted' mean only the players targeting it, as with a spell or creature ability? Or does it extend to what I call indirect targeting, when the opponent plays Rain of Fire or this card's owner plays a Chimera or something of that sort?

It'd be interesting to see what happens if a card (not necessarily this card, per se) gives something to whatever player targets it, no matter the side of the field the targeted card is on.

 Well targeted mean something chosen, in cases of Rain of Fire, Plague, Fire Shield and etc... is colective effect and aims everything of the opponent, will work normal against Time Warrior.

 Status do not think this high, as compare with GotP it 's -1 | -1. I do not think its very strong ability because it may delay my game any skill the opponent turns virtually an infinite RT against a deck like this.

Very interesting card idea...

So basically it runs away when something threatens it... or even looks directly at it menacingly...
I can't help of thinking it reminds me of Sir Robin from that Monte Python movie "The Quest for the Holy Grail"
