hmm... maybe make it gain +3|-3 (unupped) and +5|-5 (Upped) when a creature dies? makes it work much more dethlike and gives a synergy with light(Blessing), and occasionally earth(Armour).

Kind of like a delayed spark, for death.

They both die.^^

I thought at it as a semi-vanilla creature, that can make burst damage in the first turns, and then die to trigger death effects (bonewall, condor, graveyard) in late game turns.

I'm thinking about raising upped stats to 6|6... Any feedback about it?

Definitley raise the stats. One well placed CC on somthing like an RoL and 6 of these go bye-bye. It may be useful for triggering death effects but on the flipside you've lost a few good beatsticks.

Perhaps...just as an idea...It might 'false die' once, then actually die next time the ability activates? Like that German Cat. The  :entropy one with the name I can never pronounce.

I almost want to say make this creature 1. free to play and 2. much more fragile.  But it's difficult to judge balance with a card like this.

I'm not sure, but shouldn't it only be "soulbound" to one creature?  It seems like a cool way to trigger more death effects, but it wouldn't be too cool if you decided to use a retrovirus with 6 of these in play. xD

OR Retrovirus could be used as the trigger to set the rest off.  Death has no other way to kill its own creatures.

You can always use Alfatoxin...:D
Death triggers are nice, but I'd rather have a few of these out to deal damage than a 2x bonewall with no creatures.
