Name fits an on demand shapeshifter not a one time shapeshifter.
More commonly the name fits a one time shapeshifting spell.

So to fit the name it needs to be used with Warden or  :earth Nymph.
The irregular Mitosis seems clunky and unnecessary provided Shapeshift remains a passive ability.

You can change
"Shapeshift: Mutate if recovered from delay. If Xenomorph or creatures mutated from it is targeted, it is delayed instead."
to
"Shapeshift: Mutates if recovers from delay." (passive abilities are retained when mutated)

If I do that though, it would be underpowered compared to Fallen Druid, which can target other creatures and mutates them instantaneously.

Sorry. I misread it. I read the second clause as "creatures mutated from Xenomorph retain shapeshift." which would not be need.

Shapeshift: Mutate if recovered from delay and if targeted is delayed instead.
(I do not know if Hatching retains passives)

Shapeshift isn't retained after hatching (as it becomes a completely different creature), so it would probably be quite hard to code ...

Still, good idea, and it would be great with Warden, Parasite, etc.

Most likely not, in Ruby it'd just be something like:
"self.hatch
self.add_passive($shapeshift)"

So with Flash it won't probably be too complicated either. I don't really know Flash nor how this is written, but it still seems quite simple to code.
