effect last 3 rounds (question: Dose stats slowly adjust back or at the end of the 3 rounds instantly back to full stats?)

no the stats stay at w/e it is they were after the last random change they underwent.
If the creature gains any sort of ability that has a cost like steal etc. the original consume ability disappears.
