| NOTES: | It might be a bit too strong in Aether, but I couldn't think of any other element where it would fit. Extremely potent AoE, but with a delay and vulnerability built. Since an aether stall would depend on dims and this to become strong enough, it will certainly not be very OP due to consistency issues.
Zappelin is intentionally spelt that way. I mean, imagine too Zeppelins colliding in the air and exploding to discharge lightning all over the ground xD
