Does the creature enter play on your side or is the side chosen randomly?

This has some pretty good potential in a Fallen Elf / Fallen Druid deck

I really like this card's mechanic. So does the creature which you put in play come from your hand only, or can it come from your deck?

Neither.  Think of it as a token card.

Looks ok, but remember that it should favor the element that it's in in the ability more too. I would suggest: (with unupped as an example) At the end of your turn put a random creature with cost 2 or less into play. Cost 3 or less if your mark is Love.

Or some similar effect. Compare with Shard of Gratitude.

Does it stack, or is it like SoP? Can the unnuped create an upped creaturea and vice- versa?

Can Stack.  Un-upped produced un-upped creatures and upped produces upped creatures.
