the upgrade is not sufficient to be worth 1500e when compared to other upgrades
change the upped stats to 5|5 at minimum (maybe even 2 :time for 5|5 after all the comparison creature is spark|ball lightning)

but i'm think it's very different  about unupgraded and upgraded version.

unuped mean your opponent must have a creature that can attack and it must have 'succesful' attack  that's mean it not suit with CC card and so many shield]

but upped version is different   have or not creature  it still can turn back into your deck. 

but if so many one say about it   i will change it status a bit

You are right the effect upgrade is significant. The upgrade is sufficient but would still be balanced with a 5|5.
