@drunk: i tried to come up with some names other than spider, but none of them really fit.  but functionally losing web makes sense.  i was thinking it could start with web but lose it when it has aflatoxin applied, but i wasnt sure if that was technically possible/allowed within the game. and yeah, you should see the pic in high def.

@girls: like i said, this card combo is actually more expensive than using using SoR on some creatures with a natural growth ability, both are 2 card systems.  if i were to give it a cost after that, it wouldnt be worth it.  it would be underpowered, a two card combo followed by additional cost.

It takes 5 turn unupped for a spider to reach a lava golem and 7 upped.

im not sure i follow that chart all that well, beyond the first row and the two groupings, unless you are adding a new golem/spider every round, which isnt very realistic due to the relative complexities of playing the two cards (golem is click to play, while spider requires playing and then having an aflatoxin in hand to use on it), but i can see some value in the data, if thats what was done.

a potential redesign idea, have it eat the malignant cells instead:


with them costing 1 per use

now that i think about it, due to the complexity and increased cost, in order for this to be worthwhile it should probably be a larger +|+.  relative to a golem or anything else with growth, the cost is much higher to set up, requires a second card, and then the 1 each consume, it should be higher in order for this to not be underpowered.

this creature was revamped, skill change, cost heightened and attack/hp reduced.

The title says Neoplasm Spider for upped, but the card says Polyp Spider.

well, please look at the time of the posts with the confusion (i havent read it in a while so i will assume there is some).  chances are they were before the revamp (they were.)
