(You have to credit source images that you use for card ideas. Also, I'm pretty sure that's a copyrighted image that you can't use, unless I'm wrong.)

As for the current state of the card - it's not really too useful in the current game due to lack of field-affecting cards. With other field cards such as the ones suggested here it would be an interesting addition to the game, but alone it doesn't stand for much besides being a weaker Precog. It might be a good idea to link some Field cards that would work with this one in the card notes to show why and how this would be a good addition to the game.)
i'm going to check other field affecting cards...it's difficult however to make this type of card when there is noone in the game and you can only support them with other invented cards....
