Sekhmet looks a little OP, when used in conjunction with a spark, you could keep from decking out using only 1 time quanta instead of three.

I bit clumsy of a combo, but you could, yes.  But keep in mind that Creature Control is far more prevalent than permanent control, so it's not unstoppable.

Because some of these cards have their own series, and they don't relate to each other all that much.
