I like this card's mechanics quite a bit and its theme. The * in the wording is a bit cumbersome to read, I suggest making the * "multiplied by", all spelled out, for cleanness.

This card could become very powerful as catapult fodder. 5*23=115 total HP for a full field of crystal creatures.
(115*100)/(115+100) ~ 53 damage!
That's one mean spiked ball of pain :)
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`

ah yes catapult... well getting a full field of crystal creatures is difficult enough... there are easier ways to do that much damage.

decided the ability made more sense for a turtle than a hedgehog, gonna remake the spiked ball of pain into a different card.

If you have 23 creatures on the field, then you should already do a lot of damage, so catapult isn't really much of a concern here.
Try Fragments, my card game!

well the turtle has a defensive shell, where as the hedgehog quills are a bit more offensive... plus, im thinking he should have an aether ability since the crystals are blue.

You can always work some magic in GIMP to rework the turtle's color to fit a different element... Maybe water?
