The unupped one isn't too bad but should cost 1 quanta.

The upped cost way too much just compare it to AM

For some reason, I don't see any problem with have it at 2 quanta, but the second one should be the same or 3 .

Seeing that lightning cost 2 and deal 5 damage which is in any case better than remove 3 attack paying 2 for this seems too much

Ah you have a good point. The other one still seems to have to cost 2 or 3, but no less.

I think if it went below 0 it have to be 3. Not even AM keeps dropping attack at a cost 6.

Yes but AM don't take ages to do it.. ^^ okay for 2 or 3 but if tyhe attack doesn't go under 0 it suxx for me.
