ART: N/A IDEA: N/A NOTES: This is basically how it works. Say I cast firebolt on an oty, after first using this card. The opponent has 3 monsters on the field. If I would normally do 30 damage, then I would instead do 10 to each one. If I used holy flash in that same situation, then I would heal 3 hp on each monster. Using ice lance, each creature would have a chance of being frozen. SERIES: N/A

What do you think? Is it OP? I havent decided yet. If anyone has an image to use it would be great.

So... what happened if the original creature is: Twin Universed? Devoured? Basilisk Blooded?

Well,that would be interesting,as it means almost everything dies or stalled or copied,this card is really really hard to counter

only effects cards that takr damage into account. Devour doesnt, so it would be unneffected. same goes for TU. BB would spread the 20 health out, but only the target would be frozen.

I updated the card info to reflect this. Im thinking this is OP, but I havent decided yet.
