Inform us as to how you calculated that cost and why you think it should drain all quanta.
To be honest, I didn't calculate. I estimated that this would be an extremely powerful card. Whereas it would be useless against many decks, it would be deadly against at least as many - I was thinking about my own deck, with Shards of Gratitude and with animated and adrenalined Druidic Staffs (sometimes even with Twin Universe). Also it would prevent healing, which is a frighteningly easy way to ensure victory against decks that have Miracle and similar cards. In a similar manner, it'd be a real killer of Antimatter decks.
it looks like a rip off of SoS, no offense.
I didn't think so - I've vaguely heard of SoS so far, and although it's similarly a death card, Shard of Sacrifice seems to invert both damage and healing for five rounds, consuming all quanta but
(which somehow seems illogical to me), and reduces HP to 1. This, however, would invert only healing to damage and only for one round, therefore making the opponent completely unable to heal itself.
