"All increases you receive to your current HP from elemental sources heal you twice."

"Yes, it is affected by all sources of ELEMENTAL healing, including Antimatter. Non-elemental healing is healing from Other cards - namely, Shard of Gratitude and Shard of Divinity. This is to make their combinations with Shards not overly powerful."

Shards of Gratitude and Divinity do not get doubled.

Quote
Improved Miracle - the king of kings... can effectively heal to infinity-1. Provided you have buffed your max HP up... So 219hp healed max.
Improved Miracle heals to full health minus 1, regardless of this card. If you have 200 health, it heals you for 199.

And this card doesn't stack with itself.

Quote
Empathic Bonds stack. That's a potential 144 healing every turn.
Yeah, this is actually a valid point.

Again, this card was designed to make healing cards like Holy Flash more popular. Is it really that overpowered? It does not stack and it does not affect Shards. The only trouble I see is from Feral Bond...

I understand the card and what you've done to balance it.

I was just highlighting the various ways to get healing normally. If you want to make Holy Flash more popular, make it deal 1 damage to all death and darkness creatures in play, and heal all light and life creatures by 1. :) Maybe 2/2 upgraded! That'd counter Plagues quite nicely, and if you had taken a fire-storm, your creatures can get a nice little heal if they survived that horrible turn when your opponent plays a Firestorm and brings all your Cockatrices to 2hp... :p

How about just adding on a +2 or so more healing every time you do get healed from any source?

Edit: Well, any elemental source. +17 HP for each Shard of Gratitude, no thanks.

And I thought of Ferox. Why do you want us dead?

}: ) It's because I'm evil.

Okay, I'll think about changing it to additive healing, and only from spells. It'll water it down quite a bit, but we'll see what I come up with. Thanks for the suggestions/criticisms/flames.

Way better. Is each syphon life considered in this?

Interesting. I'm going to venture "yes", because it is indeed a spell that heals you.

Editing card later to this:

"If you are healed by a spell, heal an additional 7 damage. Stacks.
:light Clarify: Destroy this card. Heal yourself for up to 20 damage."

Upgrades into

"If you are healed by a spell, heal an additional 7 damage. Stacks.
:light Clarify: Destroy this card. Heal yourself for up to 30 damage."

Thoughts?

Shouldn't stack with siphon life.

As in, Siphon life 1x fine. With 100 darkness quanta this becomes mad healing in my oppinion, maybe its fine, not sure :)

But for everything else it's good... Maybe make it a creature?

I thought about it. The picture isn't really that creature-y, and the name doesn't suit a creature either. I think it's fine as is.

Eh. It only heals you for 7 more. It's okay.

Alright, editing OP. Brace yourself. Hopefully, this is the final edit.

There should be a card which counters spells... Like a permanent which has 50% chance to destroy a card before it is played from your opponents hand...

But otherwise, I see no problem in making Light/Life healing bitches!
