NOTES:
A random creature is selected from the target creature's element and summoned to that side of the field.  The conjuring creature is delayed for the indicated number of rounds; if the creature that was conjured to the field is removed early by any means, the conjuring creature's delay status ends immediately.  When the conjurer's delay ends naturally, or the conjurer leaves the field for any reason, the conjured creature dies.

The conjured creature will be the same grade as the conjurer - a Photon can conjure a Golden Dragon, while a Ray of Light can conjure a Light Dragon.

This provides some interesting strategies:
Basilisk Blood may artificially extend the time of the conjuring, and also make the conjurer more stable.
Reverse Time may be used on the conjured creature to cause it to escape conjured status and clear the conjurer's delay.
Basilisk Blood may be used on the conjurer, and then the conjured creature removed somehow, clearing the conjurer's delay and earning 0|+20.
Dangerous enemy creatures may be traded for something less threatening for a few turns.
Low-cost creatures may be gambled to create larger creatures, at the cost of being a more vulnerable target.  A Photon may conjure a Golden Dragon, but if the Photon dies, the Dragon does too.
If you happened to conjure a Phoenix, it will turn to Ash when the conjurer's delay ends.
Additional death-effect triggers, though only one per Conjure card.
SERIES:
It's like Mitosis, but chaotic!  Am considering putting this on a stick somehow, as the six-card limit is more of a burden than a necessary balancing factor.  But then it would be a bit similar to Fallen Elf/Druid.

It's like a fusion of Mitosis, Fate Egg, and Mutation. :)

I'm thinking that this could make an interesting :death / :entropy duo , where you repeatedly use conjure on 1 creature to create creatures that deal a decent amount of damage, and when they all die, they do a mass death-effect trigger. Sounds fun.

I agree, the death synergy is strong with this one.

I really love it. Such a simple mechanic, but such great potential for combos. Elements needs more cards like these.
Could use another element though, in my opinion - not everything random is Entropy, and feels a bit redundant beside Mutation, even if the effect is different enough. I could imagine it being a Light card maybe with the name Summon Ally. Or Darkness and Shadow Conjuration/Summoning. Or anything else.

Thalas has kindly (and awesomely) replaced my royalty-free art!  I am impress.

I did feel a little weird putting this in Entropy, and while Thalas made the art match Entropy's color scheme, it wouldn't take much to colorize it (with his permission).  But I'm not sure which element I want.  Light feels weird, as a Ray of Light pays for a random creature, for which Time needs 4 :time.  What about Aether?  Sparks die immediately, so apart from packing Photons (which any element can do), there isn't a "free-abuse."  Would make a new use of Phase Spiders, and they're squishy enough to make the possible resulting Phase Dragon vulnerable to CC despite immaterial.  Aether also has fewer cards than other elements, and there's possible strong synergy with Mindgate.  But it has Fractal and PU already, so I'm not sure it would really add that much.

I need to decide on an element before this goes to the Crucible, so debate is most welcome!

That is heartening, as I felt this might be overcomplicated.  But it really does boil down to three simple rules:

1. The conjurer is delayed for the prescribed number of turns.
2. If the delay ends or the conjurer leaves the field by any means, the conjured creature dies.
3. If the conjured creature leaves the field by any means, the conjurer's delay ends.

Considering rewording the card as well, as it sounds like the conjured creature lasts for a fixed number of turns, but it's dependent on the delay.
