NOTES: | Overall I'm not too sure if I undercosted this card. On the one hand if I make it cost too much more then there'll be no real way to reasonably get it out. On the other hand as it is right now it might be too powerful. Its synergies are good and my original idea was something to make playing Sparks feasible, the freezing was thematic and it was something to keep it from being totally useless outside of Fractal Spark. It turns out to have strong synergy with Aether in this regard too though, with Immaterial guarding from it. Interesting implications for Overdrive too. Considering just the HP raising effect for the unupgraded, and gaining the freezing effect instead of the cost decrease for upgraded, but I don't know if I'm overestimating its stalling and synergy power.
