Without to work with, you can force opponent to play cards at random. Without knowing the effect till its too late.
That doesn't exactly work with targeting mechanics and "if quanta allows" of the current version..
It should be fine I think...
-The
ability just reveals a card / cards to players
-Using an opponents card is a seperate event and would work just like any other casting event...
the only difference is, if the card isn't face up when cast you don't get to know anything about it other than what targets are available (if applicable)
E.g. suppose the opponent has 3
quanta, 8
quanta , a blessing, and an antimatter.
Both cards would be face down and have the "castable" highlight effect to show they can be used.
Clicking on either one would pop up the targeting screen and show all creatures in play as targetable...
The catch is, unless you spent quanta to reveal them, you won't know whether the creature you target will get a +3|+3 or an AM debuff.
...The only code that would need to be tweaked is that quanta subtraction would need to be delayed until after casting.
Currently, the quanta shows the subraction upon casting of a spell and gets added back if canceled, which would give too much away.
