Either the cost should decrease, or it should target the player.
I do not think targeting the player would be that OP.
you think that using plague when the opponent has a full field of malignant cells, scarabs, pests, etc. and using this card isn't OP? you'd be dead in about 2-3 turns (varies)
so i definitely say no to targeting players

If they have that many creatures, this would probably be a comeback card, since they are likely beating you at damage.

It would also be hard for them to get that many creatures early in the game.

Late game, poison doesn't matter as much.

Plus, the cost of plague + concentrate is still rather large.

you probably wouldn't use this card until mid-late game. and also, they can get that many out early game: FRACTAL

Also, you should also allow it to take poison from a player and give it to creatures.

If death really has control of poison, then death elementals should be able to siphon the poison from themselves to a minion.

This would also improve  :gravity/ :death  synergy, which I greatly approve of.
i thought i mentioned it would to help with scorpion synergy, must not have, my bad, does "on the field" still include player's health, cuz if not, then i need a wording change

I meant with catapult. Load all your poison onto one creature, then launch it.

Edit: If they FRACTAL   then they deserve it.

you probably wouldn't use this card until mid-late game. and also, they can get that many out early game: FRACTAL
But it's your opponent the one that is in advantage. You can't control it. And you still need a 2-card combo (at least) to deal that much poison damage.
And as doublecross said, if your opponent has 23 creatures in the field, you're most likely lost anyways, and this card would also REMOVE poison from them, meaning the opponent would lose lots of possible dead creatures (you lose the effect of plague, and plague it's not OP because it can target too many creatures, see how much it costs)

Whoa! Someone is agreeing with me without me having to break out the serious math and logic!
Awesome!
Now, we just need OldTrees to back me up on this...

I wouldn't be too opposed to an increase in cost by 1.
That would settle (hopefully) any talk of the player-targeting version being OP.

That poisons the opponent. (Try it)

Also, catapulting a frozen creature does 30% more damage, and freezes their weapon.

well you'd get the same result from poisoning the opponent then catapulting but ok

This card would be so much better if in addition to being able to target players, it only took poison counters from the side of the field that is targeted.
