Sorry I should have clarified with graboids. I wanted to ask whether it would work or not. Does Refresh/Rejuvenate activate abilities of creatures that have just been played that turn or have not yet been used?
For example:
1) Play a few graboids
2) Use Refresh/Rejuvenate
3) Evolve the graboids (assuming Evolve is now active due to Refresh/Rejuvenate).
I know this probably isn't the intended use of the card, but if it works it would effectively bypass summoning sickness for the turn this card is played. This type of usage is what concerned me with the low 2
