Yes, this works. The two quantum pools need to be from specified elements, like and , but they can't be totally random (You can use random quantum as part the effect though like : "Drain 6 random quantum to generate  .").

You could also affect 2 of your opponents quantum pools (E.g.  "Destroys 1 of and when it deals damage."), but it also needs to be specified, otherwise it's pretty much fair game.

Overall, you just have to specify two elemental quantum pools for 1 ability to target.

Unless I say otherwise, any usable image goes.

EDIT : To clarify, the card must have art that would be accepted in the Crucible to be submitted.

Yes, it can do something like "Generate 4  and 2  ." It just has to be 2 specified elements.
