Some things to note: - Nightspring can't steal another card until the stolen one is out of its possession. - If the card is destroyed while in Nightspring's possession, the card is gone. - If Nightspring is destroyed while the card is still in its possession, te card is returned immediately. If Fertile Nightspring is destroyed, the card is destroyed with it. Nightspring is lobotomized after three uses of its skill. Usage: Great permanent control. Balance Notes: Update Notes: Information: A flower I made up off of the top of my head. I was imagining the attacks of the flower you know. The flower actually using its roots to take the permanents on the enemy's side of the field. It's a nice vision. extirpate means eradicate or destroy completely according to google,
perhaps you can consider of changing the skill names of unupgraded and upgraded Nightspring.

i dun see any use of stealing opponent permanents
and then returning them except weapons and shields,

There are plenty of situations you could use this card, it doesn't just have to be weapons and shields.

If they have an Unstable Gas, you could steal it and (assuming upped) not let them use it.

Same with Hourglasses and SoG, even in the unupped form, they can be stolen and used (although HG probably means you'd have to have a weird Darkness rainbow).

You can ruin SoP OTKs and essentially steal Cloaks and Dims for only one rather than four

That's just a few, there are a lot more situations when stealing then giving back/destroying it is useful.
