Yeah but the fact that you need to run a deck with creatures less than 5 hp seems like a minus when judging a card. More situationalness and limited use isn't a good thing imo.
Actually, it would mean you need a deck with creatures that have less than 6 hp, not less than 5.
That might seem a little nit-picky, but its actually a pretty major deal. It means that Black, Bone, and Purple dragons can be included. It also means you can include abominations.
It makes it a beautiful counter to devour and swarm.
The one issue some may have with it, however, is that it will be quite harmful to most

strategies, since that element is notorious for high HP creatures. The

element would also be hit pretty hard as well.
