"Light shines upon the just and the unjust. All that turn may be saved."

Intended as a potent, thematic anti-CC, but with a possibly very dangerous double edge.

Potential creature 'steal' for light is intentional. E.g. priests and clerics can resurrect enemy creatures to fight for the priest's / cleric's owner.

The ability will not trigger if the cleric / priest is delayed or frozen (which is also why the resurrected creature is delayed).

A 'resurrected' creature enters play as if it were just summoned from a player's hand (e.g. any stat changes, buffs, debuffs, etc are gone).

Death effects will still trigger when a creature dies and is resurrected.

Spoiler for special situations:
Only one cleric or priest will trigger per slain creature (e.g. you will not be able to get multiple copies when a creature dies).

If a mass-CC effect were to kill all clerics / priests on a side at the same time, then none of them would be able to trigger for that player.

If both players have a cleric or priest, then the one(s) owned by the currently active player will trigger first.

If a player has both a priest and a cleric, the priest (upgraded version) will have priority over the cleric in terms of triggering.

If a player has more than one cleric or more than one priest, they trigger in order of slot priority.

If you think about it, this card is pretty much RT with delay and no draw denial, which is useful in some cases.
It also is an Eternity with 0 :chroma:Reverse, and can be activated on both players' turn.
This also sucks up your quanta pretty harshly.

This means the creature that gets resurrected is delayed 1 turn (not the creature that does the resurrecting ... otherwise it would 'delay self' instead)... or at least that is how I thought people would interpret the wording

I can word it differently if needed to make that more clear... any suggestions?

Its a little different than RT because it can be used to give the owner their opponent's creatures in some cases.
The quanta drain is a bit harsh, my main intent there was to offset the fact that :light has the most quanta generating capacity of any element (RoL, firefly, and most importantly, solar buckler) and to help counter balance the above noted 'creature steal' like effect
