Ahh, this looks like a fun card to judge. For people who have seen Spirit Nymph, it's now time to rewind back to step 1 and apply the lessons learned from there.
The ability is kind of counter productive and takes 4 | 6 turns to become truly effective I believe unless your opponent gobbles up that quanta pretty quickly.
It seems balanced based on our current formulas, maybe the upped could use a ability cost lowering to 5
