NOTES:
The "" symbol does NOT denote a new element. Instead, that symbol means that when the card is played, your opponent gains that amount of quanta matching his or her Mark. I am using this symbol because there isn't enough space to put all this text in the card description.

This card is a part of my Void series. Using Void cards give your opponent quanta, while Void Pillars take those quanta away. Both the Pillars and other Void cards can be put into normal decks, or they can be used together in a Mono-Void deck.

This card is the Nymph version of Void Distillate | Void Essence (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,21458.0.html). For more information, please visit that thread. In short, the unupped version only does quanta denial while the upped version can destroy the card if your opponent doesn't have the quanta.

Ahh, this looks like a fun card to judge. For people who have seen Spirit Nymph, it's now time to rewind back to step 1 and apply the lessons learned from there.

The ability is kind of counter productive and takes 4 | 6 turns to become truly effective I believe unless your opponent gobbles up that quanta pretty quickly.

It seems balanced based on our current formulas, maybe the upped could use a ability cost lowering to 5 ?

This is a good series.
Theories about how to balance these types of card were posted in the Void Distillate | Void Essence card thread.
The Casting Cost is set correctly at 10 or 11 (although most nymphs have the same cost unupped as upgraded).
Activation Cost, Hp and finally Attack are the tools for balancing this idea.
I personally think that it is probably balanced or at least close to balanced.

Something good to note: This Nymph is definitely worth the upgrade! and it does so without breaking the standards of balance to achieve that end.

I dont get the difference between between the normal and upped version. Its seems like the same affect for activation greater cost. Im probably missing something...

Unupped just denies quanta, like devourer.
Upped gives the creature upkeep, like flooding (It will die otherwise).

Nice idea! not so sure if it's balanced though, but comparing to your other Void Cards it's pretty cool.

I would probbly be able to say more, but at 6:30AM it's hard to think of anything.

I think the upgraded Nymph should cost less, as the incremention of its ability's cost is already enough imo.

The card seems balanced.  The upped ability and the unupped both balance out at the opponent having 2 extra :other quanta two turns after using the ability once.

Here's an unforeseen problem.  What happens when you make your Divinity Series using your Divinity Mark?  Two nymphs for Other?  Divinity gets no nymph?  Will nymph's tears make Clear Nymph out of Quantum Pillars?

At the rate we are going we will have 5 Other nymphs up for suggestion. Nymph's Tears is not a problem, because Void has it's own Pillar and Quantum Pillars targeted with NT make a random nymph.
There's not really much more to discuss about the card than upped ability cost. I still think 6 could take too long to actually have an effect unless your opponent is using that 6 quanta really really quickly, and chances are if he's running a mono or duo he won't.

How would this work with adrenaline? Each attack will destroy quanta, only first two attacks, or maybe every odd attack?(first, third etc.)

The destroy/absorb status probably should work every turn/attack.
