changed it is it now balanced or up or how about the old version but letting you only have 1 Vampire lord in play
1. It is a bit underpowered now. You should up the attack and hp of each card to 2|2 (3|2).
2. You have a discrepancy in the table. If you choose to change the attack and hp of the cards again, remember to change the stats of each card in the table.
3. In the description of the card, try to use + in front of the stats increase. i.e. +1|+1
