NOTES:
Nothing can stop the flow of river. Nothing can reverse the eternal flow of time.

Unless, you are granted the power to create vortexes in the river of time and disturb the endless waves

Vortex :

Destroy the linear flow of time, present and future are merged together.

Except the cards already played, discarded or destroyed, all cards in hands and decks will be reshuffled under the effect of vortex. No player can escape from this temporal anomaly

Cards in your hand may return to deck while cards at the bottom of deck may come to your hand. The consequences will be totally unpredictable.

The vortex ability is just icing. A card to counter delay and RT is just pure gold.

Why icing? Nobody wants to reshuffle their cards when all cards in their hands are useless, or wants to destroy opponent's possible combos ?

I think I would rather see this with having either ability, but not both. Maybe a separate spell card for the Vortex? To me, it seems a bit too much for one card.

But if this card does not have the second ability, no one will put it into deck (except against certain false god).

No one knows whether their opponent has reverse time / time shield, right ?

So this card serves mainly as a way to shuffle your cards, while granting your extra protection against time deck. It is no different from a single spell when your opponent can't reverse time / delay

Good point. I think maybe I was just thinking the Vortex part of it is the really cool part, and was wanting to see that as a card  :P

Just for reasoning, but how would this affect creatures already delayed?

Having 2 somehow unrelated abilities on one card makes it more interesting IMO, gives it more use on different decks.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

New version is made, lowering the cost of shuffling cards

But imagine that you basilic blooded a otygue, cut out the delay, then you would get a 0/23 card with devour in one turn. Add quintessence and you have an unbeatable monster. Seems a little over powered to me
